What do you tell them?

People always asking me what do I do for a living

I just tell them that I live for a living

Food photography gives me a unique view of culture, community, and connection through its lens. I pour so much joy and passion into my strategy-led process, and my background in traditional art and art therapy roots my approach in intention, impact, and detail. My affinity for narrative marketing and brand development have become indispensable tools I rely on to craft irresistible images that entice your customers while staying true to your story!

- food photographer, but i

honestly do a lot of cool things

I received my Master of Professional Studies in Art Therapy from the School of Visual Arts in 2021. While in New York, I worked in community based settings focused on youth support and development. This experience shaped how I see the role of the artist, and its philosophy has become integral to my artist identity.

In 2015, I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Clark Atlanta University. Before I graduated, I had the opportunity to attend SCAD's Atlanta campus for a semester and ended my matriculation studying art in Italy at Florence University of the Arts. It was the first time I saw myself as an artist instead of someone who does art.

- some scraps i kept from exploring my artistry using the Mediterranean as a constant source of inspiration.

- these sketches were about me processing how my hair was being reacted to in a foreign country, while racial tensions were elevating back home.
